Balmoor was established in 2017 by Tercel Moore and Don Baladasan, to combine CFO work with corporate finance services and help companies access capital and grow. Don is now MD of Centralnic Plc (a leading AIM quoted domain registry and longstanding client) and remains part of the team together with his FD and accountancy business Mataxis.

We help with capital raising (both public and private), M&A, restructuring, due diligence, CFO/COO services, post-deal integration, IPO preparation and IPO advisory.
